The Geriatric Care Manager assists older adults and persons with disabilities in attaining their maximum functional potential. In addition, the Geriatric Care Manager is an experienced guide and resource for families of older adults and others with chronic needs, including those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s or those exhibiting symptoms of dementia.
Carole Mancini has been involved in one aspect or another of elder care for many years. She was a home health aide with the Union County (NJ) Association of Home Health Aides; organized an eldercare support group when she was working at Merck & Co., Inc.; was a Geriatric Care Manager with the NJ Office of the Public Guardian from 2005 to 2012; and has been working with Richard Newman, Esq. since August 2009.
Carole received her Master’s in Medical Humanities from Drew University in 2004. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, and of Bucks County Network Connections.
